Revitalizing Minds Project is comprised of colleagues and friends, Ashley J. Ramstead, owner and Jacqueline Metcalfe, owner. Together with their passion for creativity and experience in the creative arts field they create the backbone of Revitalizing Minds Project and have brought you their ultimate passion project.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals who may be facing physical, emotional and/or energetic difficulties managing their overall wellness.

What to Expect:

We first offer a free 15 minute consultation. This is an informal phone call to talk about what you are looking for and what brings you to seeking therapy. This will be an opportunity to help us see if we may be able to help you and if you feel good about working with us.

Prior to our first session, we will send over a packet of information for you to fill out. Then, during our first session together we will review that paperwork, all of our practice policies, our therapeutic approach, and we will answer any questions you might have for us. If it seems like a good fit we will come up with an individualized plan of how we can work towards your goals together. Therapy looks very different for every individual that walks through our doors and therefore we uniquely tailor it for the individual. This allows us to craft personalized treatment plans that cater to your specific needs and experiences. We expect you to have questions for us. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are only a phone call or e-mail away.
